About Us - at B K Flags
Our hours are 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. - m.s.t., most work days. If we are not in the office, just leave a message and we will get back to you, just as soon as possible. We are conveniently located almost in the center of Colorado Springs, CO. We are three blocks west of Acadamy Blvd. and two blocks north of Palmer Park Blvd. If you are coming from the north on I-25, take the South - Air Force Academy exit. (exit #150). If coming from the south, take exit #135. For those customers east of Colorado Springs, exit off of Hiway #24 at Constitution and come west to Academy Blvd., then south one block to La Salle, west on La Salle to Clemson, then South on Clemson. From the west come across Hiway 24 to Academy Blvd., north to La Salle, then back west to Clemson, then South on Clemson. We founded our printing company, known as Art Craft Press, inc., in January of 1964. That company is still in operation. We opened our first website, known as Art Craft, inc. in Sept.of 2000. On that site, we sold Windtoys, Flags, Kites and AquaToys. We sold that name in 2002 to someone else, who wanted it worse than we did. They sell entirely different products, than we did. We then opened our next site, known as Flags and etc., or www.flagsandetc.com in October of 2002. That site is still in operation. There we sell Flags, Kites & Aqua Toys. Many of the same flags that are on this new site, are on the old site. This new site is strictly flags, however, and more of them. Customer service has been number one to us, since 1964! Our great customer service has been one of the things that has kept us in business, all of these years. We have a combined experience of over 200 years, in customer service, research of our products and product knowledge. If we cannot help you directly, we will refer you to a source, if we know of one. If you need information about a flag pole or a certain flag, you have come to the right place.
